Pricing

Clear plans. Final pricing when NLDONA publishes it.

NLDONA offers structured commercial tiers for businesses ready to put AI to work under business authority. This page never invents a price.

Final public prices are not published yet. When NLDONA activates selectable plans, they appear below from the live commercial catalog — not from frontend constants.

Plan structure

Three tiers that scale with how your business operates.

Canonical product-facing names: Essential, Professional, and Business. Capabilities stack — higher tiers include the lower-tier journey.

For focused small businesses starting with NLDONA.

  • Voice
  • Website Chat
  • Core booking
  • Knowledge
  • Handoff

For teams that need more channels and calendar coordination.

Professional

Everything in Essential, plus WhatsApp, Public Booking, reminders, waitlist, customer deposits, and Google/Microsoft Calendar — with larger scale and allowances when published.

  • Reminders
  • Calendars
  • Deposits

For operators who need deeper integrations and advanced workflows.

  • Google Drive
  • Advanced secretary
  • Scenarios
  • Highest scale

Included usage quantities and recurring prices appear only from the live public commercial projection when NLDONA publishes them.

Checkmarks reflect current PLAN-1 entitlement stacking. Exact limits and prices remain projection-owned.

Usage

How usage works.

You pay for the NLDONA plan — not the complexity of which AI or telephony provider handled a turn behind the scenes.

Plan

Your subscription selects a commercial plan version with NLDONA-owned entitlements.

Included entitlement

When published, included Voice and Chat allowances come from the plan — measured in NLDONA customer units (billable Voice seconds; Chat messages), not provider invoices.

Usage

Operational usage is recorded server-side. The Pricing page does not calculate remaining usage or overage in the browser.

Limits & overage

What happens at the edge of an allowance follows the plan’s rating policy. Public overage rates are not invented on this page.

Internal infrastructure costs stay internal. They do not become your NLDONA plan price.

Try before you commit

Demo and trial are not the same.

First-touch value starts with the website-to-AI demo. A commercial trial is a separate account state.

Demo

Paste your business website and try NLDONA with isolated demo behaviour. The public demo does not require an account or a card.

Trial

After signup and eligible activation, NLDONA may start a commercial trial when a trial companion plan is available. Trial length comes from the commercial projection — not from marketing invention.

Paid checkout

Paid self-serve checkout is implemented in the platform but public provider acceptance is still deferred. This page does not offer a live paid purchase path for unpublished conversion.

Demo ≠ Free plan. Trial ≠ Free plan. Paid plan publication is separate.

Subscription control

Upgrade, downgrade, and cancel — as the product actually works.

Commercial changes are governed by NLDONA’s subscription services, not by this page.

Plan changes

Plan changes are scheduled against your subscription and take effect at the period boundary — not as an unspoken instant switch.

Downgrade safety

If a downgrade would exceed the new plan’s scale, NLDONA retains data and blocks the effective downgrade until scope is reduced.

Cancellation

Cancellation ends renewal at period end. It is not the same as deleting your account or tenant.

Tax presentation for invoices is not finalized for public marketing on this page.

Commercial trust

No provider-cost surprises on your plan.

NLDONA keeps customer pricing separate from internal infrastructure cost.

NLDONA owns the plan

Subscription and entitlements are NLDONA commercial authority. A billing provider may execute payment — it does not invent your plan.

Usage ≠ provider invoice

Customer usage meters are NLDONA-owned. Telephony or model provider invoices are not shown as your NLDONA price.

Offering prices stay yours

What you charge your customers for services is separate from what you pay NLDONA for the platform.

This page never treats model-unit infrastructure pricing as a NLDONA plan dependency.

Answers

Pricing questions buyers actually ask.

Direct answers from current commercial truth — not roadmap invention.

How much does NLDONA cost?

Final public prices are not published yet. When NLDONA publishes selectable plans, recurring amounts appear here from the live commercial catalog.

Which plans are available?

NLDONA’s product-facing tiers are Essential, Professional, and Business. Live selectable catalog rows appear in the catalog section when activated.

What is included?

Tiers stack capabilities: Essential covers the core Voice and Website Chat receptionist journey; Professional adds WhatsApp, Public Booking, calendars and related automation; Business adds Gmail, Drive and advanced operator workflows.

Is Voice usage included?

Voice is part of the Essential journey and higher tiers. Exact included Voice allowance appears from the published plan projection — this page does not invent minute packs.

How is Voice usage measured?

Canonical Voice metering uses billable seconds. Public commercial display may summarise allowances when the projection publishes them.

Is Website Chat included?

Yes in the Essential journey and above. Chat is measured as messages in NLDONA’s customer usage model — not as AI tokens.

Does NLDONA charge AI token fees?

No. Public NLDONA pricing is plan- and entitlement-based. NLDONA does not price your subscription as pass-through AI token fees.

Does changing AI providers change my plan?

No. Infrastructure providers may change behind the scenes without rewriting your customer plan merely because provider costs differ.

Is there a free trial?

Eligible accounts may start a commercial trial when a trial companion plan is available. That is separate from the public demo.

Do I need a card to try NLDONA?

The public demo does not require an account or a card. A commercial trial is a different path after signup; it is not advertised here as a cardless paid checkout.

What is the difference between the demo and trial?

The demo is an isolated first-touch experience from your website. A trial is a commercial subscription state after account activation when eligible.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes through NLDONA’s subscription controls. Changes are scheduled and apply at the period boundary. Downgrades that exceed the new plan’s scale are blocked until scope is reduced.

Can I cancel?

Yes — cancellation ends renewal at period end. It does not automatically delete your account or tenant.

Are taxes included?

Public tax presentation is not finalized on this page. Invoice tax treatment remains subject to commercial/legal closure.

Is paid checkout available now?

Paid self-serve checkout is not offered as a live public purchase path on this page. Public conversion acceptance remains deferred.
