Using NLDONA — product rules we can state today.
Aligned with frozen Pricing and Security. Demo, trial, and paid subscription remain distinct. No fake refund policy, SLA, or jurisdiction.
Scope
These product terms cover use of NLDONA’s public website, public demo, account signup, and the NLDONA SaaS product surfaces currently offered.
They do not invent a complete contractual code. Final counsel-approved Terms will supersede this notice when published.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account credentials and for protecting access to your account.
Signup currently collects email and password and does not yet record a separate Terms-acceptance checkbox in product code. If acceptance recording becomes required, NLDONA will update the conversion flow.
Demo and trial
The public demo lets you try NLDONA from a business website with isolated demo behaviour. The demo does not require an account or a card and must not be treated as a paid subscription.
A commercial trial may become available after signup and eligible activation when a trial companion plan exists. Trial length is not marketed as a fixed invented duration on this page.

Plans, billing, and checkout
Final public prices are not published yet. When NLDONA publishes selectable plans, amounts come from the live commercial catalog — not from frontend invention.
Paid self-serve checkout exists in the platform but public provider acceptance remains deferred. This page does not advertise a live Buy-now purchase path.
Tax presentation for public prices is not finalized. This page does not claim VAT included or VAT excluded.
Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation
Plan changes are scheduled against the subscription and take effect at the period boundary.
Downgrades that would exceed the new plan’s scale are blocked until scope is reduced; data is retained rather than silently destroyed.
Cancellation ends renewal at period end. It is not the same as account deletion or organisation erasure, and it is not described here as immediate loss of all access at the click of cancel.
AI and product limitations
AI can make mistakes. Business authority remains governed by NLDONA’s server-side rules and your configured Knowledge and workflows.
Some requests require human handling. NLDONA is not a substitute for regulated professional advice in domains it is not designed to provide (for example clinical diagnosis or legal representation).
Customer content and integrations
Business content, Knowledge, and integration connections remain under tenant business authority within NLDONA’s product model.
Integrations access only the selected workflows configured for the tenant — not a claim of unlimited provider access.
What this notice does not invent
No refund policy, proration policy, late fees, chargeback rules, minimum term, or uptime SLA (including any percentage availability guarantee) is published here.
No governing law or court venue is published here until company identity and counsel approve those clauses.
No exhaustive Acceptable Use schedule is drafted here as pseudo-lawyer text.
Updates
When NLDONA publishes counsel-approved Terms of Service, this notice will be replaced or superseded.
