Turn on multi-factor authentication for stronger account protection.
Guidance
- Sign in to your account.
- Open account / security settings.
- Enable MFA and complete enrollment with your authenticator.
- Store recovery materials according to your organization’s policy — NLDONA support cannot bypass MFA for you.
Important
Support cannot invent a recovery bypass. Use normal account recovery and security controls.
