Set up your business

Create or select your organization, then configure the business profile your agents rely on.

Purpose

NLDONA runs against your business configuration — services, locations, and policies — not against invented defaults.

Steps

  1. Sign in to NLDONA.
  2. Create or select your organization.
  3. Open Business and complete the profile your team uses day to day.
  4. Add services or products customers ask about.
  5. Add locations or resources if your scheduling depends on them.

Expected result

Your business profile is ready for Agent and Knowledge setup.

Reflects current product surfaces — not future roadmap items.
